Quiet location outside the ZTL area, 1.5 km from the beach (5 minutes by bike) and a stone's throw from the supermarket and pharmacy. Max 4/5 people.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:

• Obligation to return the kitchenette and clean dishes
• Upon confirmation, a deposit of 30% must be paid, the balance upon arrival with the delivery of the keys
• Check-in at 15:00 - Check-out at 9:00 (unless otherwise agreed)
• A deposit of € 150.00 (unless otherwise agreed) must be deposited upon delivery of the keys. It will be returned on the day of departure if no damage has been caused to the house.
